As per provision of the Right to Information Act. 2005, Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society is also a Public Authority u/s 5(1) of the Act.

Accordingly, the provisions of the RTI Act are implemented by this Public Authority. For ensuring the provision under the Act, the ISA Coordinator, Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society, Assam has been designated as State Public Information Officer (SPIO).

Requested information which is not connected with public authority is transferred to the public authority holding the information and connected with it as per provision of the RTI Act 2005.
